Mandatory for all distances

Wetsuits NOT allowed*

* Permitted for those over 60 years of age. No prizes awarded.

Included in your swimmer's kit. Color according to distance.

Temporary tattoo marking

Included in your swimmer's kit. Must be placed on both arms.
