To participate, ALL PARTICIPANTS are required to present a Medical Checkup no more than 6 months old prior to the event date.
In addition, the Medical Checkup must include a supplementary Electrocardiogram in the following cases:

Men over 60 years of age (any distance)
Women over 50 years of age (any distance)
Minors (any distance)
*Use of a personal safety buoy is MANDATORY
Packet Pickup:
Friday, November 6, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at a location to be determined
Kits will only be given to the registered participant. Late kit pickups will not be available.
